In 1998 the Fisher Hill Community Baptist Church Board of Advisors, upon the recommendation of Pastor Johnnie F. McLendon and the Gospel Accrediting Association, voted to establish a Bible College based on Ecclesiastical  doctrines and principles. The College began operation in January 1999. The College is owned and operated by the Fisher Hill Community Baptist Church and is an integral part of the community it serves. 

The College genuinely recognizes its inherent responsibility to provide opportunities, compatible with interests and abilities for the enhancement of students educational development in religion. 

Further, it is an open-door, institution that provides adult students with quality, economical educational opportunities, support in achieving their educational goals and services to support the student needs. 

The college has served hundreds of local area pastors, ministers, church leaders, teachers and laity since it's inception. We stride to meet the needs of individuals in this and surrounding communities. It is our vision to expand our services through the technology of the Internet. Online classes are in the future of the college.
