Our students are the future leaders of the church! Fisher Hill Community Bible College exists to develop servant leaders for the church. So our campus environment, our classroom environment, our faculty-student interactions are all designed to help mold their personal character to become like Jesus.
Character determines how effective future leaders become in ministry! The church needs leaders who are genuine, real, and authentic. The church needs leaders who cast aside facades and live honestly before God and before the world. That is why we are so focused on developing "True Believers-Real Leaders" for the church.
God is able to take all of us and mold us into the type of people He desires. Yet, in order for God to do that, we have to surrender our hearts to His Spirit and allow Him to shape us into His servants. Character building is not instantaneous, it is a life-long process. Yet for the students who come to Fisher Hilll, spiritual growth and character development occur every year.
